Using a more versatile alternative to scanning, high resolution and colour-accurate files are achieved with industry leading imaging technology in a fully controlled and customizable lighting environment. Unlock the ability to sell prints, increase your online advertising capabilities and decorate your new website/portfolio with digital art reproduction.

Each original piece is photographed in-studio using the highest possible resolution in a custom lit, fully controlled environment. The most up-to-date Adobe software is used in post-processing to create the most color-accurate and detailed file. Custom sized resolution and aspected ratios are accepted. Fine-art textured papers, canvas materials, smooth papers and wood panels/boards are also accepted.

pricing

The pricing structure is charged per piece, regardless of the size. The max sized original that is currently being accepted is 36”x48”. All prices are listed in CAD and do not include taxes (5% GST). Prices are subject to change without notice.

timeframe

Drop-off and pick-up is required for all jobs. The photo studio is located in Squamish, BC. Turnaround times for most projects are 5 business days, but will vary depending on time of the year. All originals dropped off for reproduction are required to remain in the studio until all post-processing is completed. This is to ensure the most accurate colours and details can be achieved in comparison to the original(s).

LIABILITY

Any piece dropped off for digital art reproduction is not covered by insurance. Any damage to the artist’s work when involved in the process of photographing, dropping off or picking up is all at the artist’s own risk. With that being said, no incident or damage has ever occurred under any circumstance and all work is store securely and properly in the studio when not in use.

delivery

All files created will be uploaded to a shared drive where both parties will have full access to. Each piece sent in for reproduction will results in (1) processed high resolution file for printing, (1) web resolution file for sharing online and (1) RAW tiff file for the artist to further make any adjustments to. The shared drive will host all files for up to 12 months, please make sure to download your files within this.

ineligible items

Any piece with an extra shiny surface or a glossy resin coating will need to be further inspected before photographing. Any 3D objects or sculptures are not eligible for reproduction at this time.
